The Power Patrol- Mistress Mare-velous, Saddle Rager, the Masked Matter-Horn, Zapp, Radiance, and Fili-Second- have defended the streets of Maretropolis from evildoers for many years now. But now, a vigilante prowls the streets of their fair city at night, bringing with him his own brutal version of justice: the dark, menacing Nighthawk. The Power Patrol vow to bring this vigilante to justice, but how can they hope to defeat a foe who knows all their skills and weakness better than they know them themselves?

I'll bet Hum Drum is Nighthawk.
This is a promising start to a potentially good story. It's a little rushed in the action, but this is still promising. I'll be following this to see where it goes, but I feel hopeful this will be a much needed good example of a power pony story.

Very good. Normally introducing seemingly OP characters into stories like this tend to make the story a little weaker, but that's not happening here. I can only guess at what Nighthawk will do if he's facing down an angry Saddle Rager. Looking forward to the next chapters!
Ehhh, I'm not sure having this Nighthawk character beat every single one of the girls in single combat is either believable or was a good idea storywise. Surely they would stop lining up to fight him solo after two or three, let alone all six.
