4776127 Unfortunately, Isaac isn't in this one. This is an entirely different ship, and I have an aswesome idea for the plot. This is set after Dead Space 3, where humanity has somehow discovered another marker. I have a new human hero on the way. Can't have Nicole without Isaac. If the public really wants him in this story, I'll figure something out, but until then, different characters.
As for the hallucinations, I can see that happening at some point. But who knows? I guess wwe'll wait and see.
And as for the possiblity of the rest of the Mane Six, I don't now. It's possible, but I don't know yet.
4776173 I uhhh....meant Nicole to just be an example since she does the whole act as a guide in where you think she's real but later find out she's not, and I thought that a member of the 6 could have Nicoles role in this story of being the guide and per-er-pony that you want to rescue or at least the hallucination that eventually kills you.
Also whats your head canon on Dead Space 3 and it's dlc and how it ends?
4776209 I never played the DLC, unfortunately. I did plan on playing it one point, but I forgot to get it. I was a bit disappointed when Isaac died, but then again, he might still be alive, but I doubt it. As for my canon, you'll see how I incorporate the Dead Space 3 storyline into this one. I won't spoil anything and I won't give anything away. Let's just say that things are going to get real very soon.
And for the guide thing, maybe, maybe not. I don't really know since I wing it most of the time, trying to get to my overall goal for the plot.

4790338 The ship itself is gigantic, being a planet-cracker like the Ishimura. It may be smaller, but it's still big.
As for the human protagonist, soon... maybe very soon. Maybe around the corner? Who knows, but it's going to be very soon.
As for the weapons, I haven't gotten to the specifics yet. I will soon, but for now, I don't know yet. I'll have to describe it eventually, so I'll have to make a decision. I guess we'll see how the ball rolls, won't we?
As for the AVP crossover... I hadn't considered that. It sounds like it might be fun to do. If I was to write said AVP crossover, it'd have to be after I complete this one. That's how I'll proceed with this account. I'll write one crossover at a time, one-shots every once in a while.

4790387 Awesome, it's just that you made it seem like they were all able to cross vast distances by walking and no tram use like in the game! Also can't wait for the protag and to see what armour and weapons are going to be used! Also is Twilight a solder in this fic, because I could have sworn she was just the unarmed researcher until you wrote how she had a pulse rifle. Also could you describe at least what their tech level is compared to the weapons, equipment, ships, colonies, etc of the UEG/Humanity in this verse?
4790441 Their weapons are a little under-advanced than the humans, but they can get the job done. Twilight is an engineer, as stated in previous chapters. Still, it's mandatory for all of the away mission's team to carry weapons. Pony policies and such. She had the rifle in the beginning, as is pony policy in this alternate universe.
As for the detail on their weapons, I haven't gotten that far. I suspect I'll have to, which will increase chapter sizes in the future. I plan ahead for a single goal, and I fill the rest in with on-the-fly thinking. It's always worked out for me that way.
