I noticed that the sexual wierdness happens whenever he gets his cluster headaches. The chapters seem to jump around too much, changing location and circumstance. It makes the story too disjointed,without explaining very much. Is there an overall explanation for this whole situation ? I seriously hope this is going somewhere sane.
