After Twilight is captured by a lost human in the Castle of the Two Sisters, she begins to redefine what “monster” really means.

In this modern reimagining of "Beauty and the Beast", our lovely, book-addicted Twilight Sparkle has been cast in the role of Belle, and our Beast will be portrayed by an as yet nameless human, "the Monster." Gaston, of course, will still be a pompous, arrogant ass but his name has been changed to Barrel Chest.

I swear to Celestia, Luna, Tirek, and Flufflepuff the next person who thumbsdowns this story without explaining why will be disemboweled with a rusty horseshoe.
hmmm, having a hard time understanding why it's gotten so many thumbs down. I thought it was rather well written myself and I really haven't seen that many takes on this story here that don't involve Discord being the beast.
