It was pretty good, but I'm not sure why it's marked as "Dark". Didn't seem that dark to me, though that wasn't a bad thing.
Hah, you got me before I even could ask about its canon status, though I was already fairly sure it wasn't. Too many probably conflicting details compared to PoL.
