Well, Apple Bloom really doesn't want to draw more ponies into her world. She's trying to get Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo out before they get hurt.
As for the mechanic idea, I'll keep it in mind, Apple Bloom general tends to basic repairs herself but if she needs a major repair then alright. Just send me a mail with your characters info.
