5359464 In canon, she is. However, Velvet was the author of Daring Do in the official IDW MLP FiM comics and the comics themselves have certain alternative takes on the canonical storyline.
While I don't usually read clopfics, I decided to make an exception here since this is your first story on this site. I have to say that you did a fine job with it. Twilight Velvet being the author of the Daring Do series, despite no longer being canon, was made believable in this alternate universe, so that is something worthy of praise. The prose was also well-written in my opinion. Anyway, keep up the good work!

I don't usually read straight ships, like, at all, but the idea of this was too good to pass up. At least, what I thought the idea would be.
I have no idea how i came to think this story would mean other than it is. I had thought that Velvet and Night Light were going to role play as Twilight and Shining Armor, and pretend to be having an incestuous relationship. That would have been so beyond the usual, and so interesting psychology-wise, that I wanted to read it anyway, despite thinking that straight relationships are icky (Nevermind that I'm straight...)
Oh well. I can't fault someone solely due to my own expectations. It was okay clop otherwise. Pretty standard, but okay.
