I don't know where you got that information on them being sisters because they are not. Officially and unofficially, no announcement has been made and it is not canon. We know not of their current relationship. I wouldn't put sisters in there, seeing as it's not technically canon. We, as fans, can interpret their relationship any way we like. So, don't change your story, or do. Whatever you like.

4607504 The sisters line doesn't explicity mean that they're sisters. More than likely, author intends the wording to show how close the two of them are.
4832020 I know the author and he told me that he meant sisters because he heard it from a friend who talked to someone who worked in the show who told them that they were sisters. So, it meant that they were actually sisters.
