Not a bad story, overall. One thing that stuck with me, what you describe isn't exhibitionism. It's voyeurism that leads to cuckolding. It's not a big deal but knowing what exhibitionism is, I was expecting something a bit different. This is still great, though!
A better choice of words would have been the Crystal Empire "threatened" to turn the parade into a festival. Those crystal ponies are such goofballs! Especially the mares. My biggest laugh came at "muzzled".
And that "head cheerleader" was a sweet move on Cadance's part, oh yes.

This was a rather decent fic. I found the comedy tag to be quite appropriate.
only made it half way into the story before the sex starts, but somethings felt wrong with me.
1. that's a huge fucking flaw in the protection of the crystal empire, what happens when shining gets old?
2. So technically they pressured him into doing this?
they had everything ready? and cadence had to pull the empire will fall without this cliche?
