Nice story, I don't know who I want so see in the box, but if I could make a couple suggestions, I think it would be interesting to see how the characters get captured and put in the box (without saying who's responsible because I feel that would make the story lose some charm), and what happens after they are freed. Also, personally, I think it would be more entertaining to see character interaction and bonding in the box lead to the action, instead of some aphrodisiac powder, but maybe that's just me.

Considering how big Celestia and Discord actually are, you're gonna have to make the box seem a bit bigger if any pony else is in there. Not much bigger, mind.
As for ships, I would suggest that you do FlutterBulk, but write in that it would be their first time, and neither of them would be quite happy that the first fuck they had with their crush was forced upon them. Done right, it'd be really sweet and cute.
