Oh, you know what could be fun? After somepony talked some sense into Big&Red, have him confront Twilight and Jifar and show some male warrior pride. Jifar would totally be into that I bet, and Twilight needs a serious push to understand Mac does not consider her beneath his interest. She also usually craves guidance and acknowledgement. Play up the "you're my herd, I'm the stallion, you're both mine" angle. You can have him apologise profusely later on (plus, we all know Twilight could turn him into a turnip if she so choose).
If he dominates them in the bedroom a lot of their problems might lessen. Jifar is bigger than he is, and Twilight was a sorceress prodigy even before her ascension, but I do think they would both like for him to take the reins—and it will give him some acknowledgement too.
This just feels unnecessary. Is this really gonna add anything to the story, or are you just shoving stuff in for the sake of it?
Ya, this is why someone needs to talk sense into the big galoot before he pulls the "rargh, I'm a warrior!"- thing—so that he doesn't do it in exactly the wrong way.

Bakabaka, Rarity, and Spike are linked, though Rarity doesn't appear to see herself as a permanent part of it. Bakabaka is attracted to Luna, creating another grouping with Luna, Bakabaka, Pinkie and Rarity—and Spike not part of it. It could be just a fling, but Zecora's friends have shown themselves to value their "goddesses" even above their potential mates.
Or... they are flinging themselves at everyone at this point, and stable relationship structures will develop later.

Perhaps he arrives in order to help looking for Princess Twilight (and the other mare, Apple-something). Well, they might love their nephew, but he's not exactly a hero, so perhaps Celestia and Luna order Fluttershy to make sure he doesn't try to follow and become a liability. And she does, no matter how he tries to coax her into letting him leave.

Ominous strange magic cloud is ominous. From what we saw so far, it could be anything, from a transformation spell to a heat inducer.
Big MacIntosh saved his sister! Yay! I am happy, and also a bit sad. Happy that he saved her from her plight, and sad because the picture of her with all the other females in one row of tied, helpless, milked and raped orgasms was very arousing. We don't know the full extent of the shaman's power. Does he have the tools to mess with her mind? Could he give her some kind of truth serum and ask her whether there are any fellow intruders they overlooked? In a world where spells like "Want-It-Need-It" exist I wouldn't put it past them to pull out all the stops on the one female they have in their clutches right now. Plus, Rainbow can be aggravating enough to make the dogs lose their temper completely, who might turn her into a subby slut just to teach her a lesson.

You know, I've been wondering. The diamond dog bitches seem intensely submissive, horny, and eager to please. Are they like this by nature? Do they undergo rigorous training? Seeing as how the drugs affect Applejack and Jifar, it's possible that it's a combination: The drugs permanently increasing their victim's sexual drive and need to obey and submit, followed by training to reinforce it. We'll probably see once, if, Jifar, AJ and/or some of the nursing bitches find themselves missing the bondage and humiliation. According to Jifar, their sex drive is probably going to stay the way it is now, at least for the time being.
While we're on that: Rainbow is in deep trouble indeed. The dogs are determined to teach her a lesson, and they've just begun. She might get her spanking not from Rarity, but from the dog warriors instead. That would be fun! To watch them whip Dashface's delicious rump til it's as red as the streak in her mane, with her helplessly cumming from the drugs in her system. Hmm. Also, I wonder if the two bitches are enjoying themselves and/or approve of what's happening to them and Rainbow.
Well, now—this explains a lot! So the shaman does have the power to mess with minds. I guess the diamond dog bitches are made obedient as a standard procedure, and then kept out of sight. Hm, now the next question is: Is the effect permanent, or does it have to be renewed regularly? We haven't seen them renew the spell on any of the bitches, so it's likely they don't need to. It could be that the spell runs on its own once it's been cast, and perhaps can't even be dispelled.
That would put Rainbow even deeper in trouble than she already is; if the shaman casts the spell on her and its indeed permanent, she'll be the best sleeper agent the dogs could wish for. Just order her to act naturally around her friends and look for the ideal chance to betray Equestria to her dog masters. If she's really unlucky, she'll be damaged even if she's saved now; the feeling of the magic working on her is growing stronger and stronger. Interrupting the ritual might not reverse the effect, but only halt it at the level it is. Assuming anypony can even find her in time, that is.
Now I really want to know how the bitches' minds work. Are they trapped in their own head, unable to stop themselves? Or are they permanently brainwashed into thinking what's happening to them is the best thing in the world? Do the feel sorry for Rainbow, or are they eager to have a new bitch to service the masters together with?
I also wonder why the dog tied that one bitch up. She didn't resist them at any point. Is it a manner of principle? Do the bitches feel better when in bondage? One dog even told Rainbow they don't actually need to tie up the victims of the spell. Perhaps they (the bitches) draw a perverse satisfaction from being helpless and getting punished? I mean, it makes sense to create a form of brainwashing that makes victims into eager and happy slaves and not merely puppets. They have the collars for the latter, after all.

That is, if he's telling the truth about that. Well, could go either way I suppose. She did react with a smile to his claims, so we'll have to wait and see. And his reasoning for keeping the both of them bound makes perfect sense.

So, it's Rainbow Dog now. The physical aspect of her transformation has proceeded quite far, it seems. The mental ones are something to watch out for as well. One thing I could see is Raindog having a serious submissive impulse implanted in her now, but that it isn't fixated on the dog it was supposed to yet. Perhaps it latches onto the first male she sees, which would be Spike, who then needs Rarity's help to solidify it before one of the dogs gets hold of Rainbow.
Or, perhaps the shaman has another trick up his sleeve! That crazy old coot could do any number of things, like incapacitate them with a heat-inducing gas grenade, or ordering Rainbow to attack them while the dogs get the drop on them, or pretty much anything. What would the dogs do to Spike, I wonder... would they transform him into a dragoness for fun? Or make him bugger one of his friends? We shall see.

The shaman got away, hm? He's at large, and so are the warriors there. But what can they do now that Rainbow has been... let's call it rescued?
The next best target would be, weird as it sounds, probably Luna. Depending on whether they can catch her while she's a little away from the main group, and that won't be difficult to arrange at all. As soon as he's close enough he can activate his slaves' control. Even if they can't do much with their hands tied, they can still just stop walking. Give the main group some distraction to chase after, and they're likely to leave the prideful Luna behind, who believes she can handle anything the dogs throw at her. If they can use magic while bound it becomes only easier.
The dogs tried duels, backstabbing, and complicated transmogrification. They should understand by now that these approaches won't work; they don't have the time, or their efforts are undone because they are too obvious. What they need to do is catch one of the ponies and then attacking his/her mind with everything they have in order to speed up the brainwashing. It has to be quick to work. They can use their captive for a testrun, renew their control over the two dog slaves, and release their new sleeper agent back into the pony group with some story of her fighting off diamond dog ambushers. Luna has always been a little strange compared to her sister anyway, I doubt many would notice a major difference.
As for Roverdash, she's still controlled by the collar. So, we still don't know how much damage her mind retained. For now, Rarity keeps her, which is fine.
Though there certainly is something to the idea of Rarity offering Raindog as a gift to Spike...

And I'm curious what the Shaman intends to do to Luna. She's an Alicorn princess, so he needs to be a little careful.
Any spells with a very long casting time are dangerous as long as the mine is crawling with ponies; so, if he wants to do one of those, he needs to get her to a remote, shielded location (to make sure he won't be found via tracking magic). Plus, it's smarter to start with her mind: If she's made obedient to him/his allies, he can use her power to fight off her would-be rescuers if they find him, maybe even subdue more potential slaves. Crazy as he is, I wouldn't be surprised if he plants a submission to diamond dogs (particular ones if he's smart) so deep as to be undetecable and irreversible.
Only a little more and Twilight, Opa and Zecora will be safe! :D
As for Luna: Oh, she's in a worse pickle than Rainbow was. The Shaman did take her to a remote location to work his magic.
Incidentally, I know he's the villain, but I find him hilarious^^ I'm almost hoping he pulls off whatever he has in store for Luna. One, because watching him is fun, two, because his plans have been interrupted last time, three, because I'm plain curious what exactly his new scheme entails, and four, because he's already so far into it.

4614385 I'm sorry if it's not clear at this point, but Bakabaka is the Oryx, Kimbuala is an Abada (kind of an African Unicorn with a smaller horn on their nose if you will), and Acacia is the Water Buffalo. While Acacia is supposed to rhyme like the others, she does seem to have a problem speaking more than one word at a time, even using Water-Buffalo as one word.

It's telling that Luna stumbled around with her top down, never once noticing her breasts were bare for all to see. Either that's because of a concussion, or because her brainwashing simply makes covering herself a non-issue. Probably the latter; in her dream she was well aware of her nakes state, but as of now she doesn't even notice anything out of the ordinary when basically showing herself off.
I wonder what else he did to her mind. She certainly feels no need to obey the two apprentice-slaves, who were themselves admirably trying to help however they could. Heh, pure irony that they can't, now that Luna commanded them to stop. Anyhow, he might have one of Equestria's ageless princesses in his control, depending on whether or nor anypony finds out even once they leave the mines. The medics apparently couldn't, and Celestia also felt nothing out of the ordinary, so perhaps nopony can. Luna might truly forever be a slave to the diamond dogs now, and she doesn't even know! Perhaps she never will, because—judging from what the Shaman said—obeying her dog masters will simply be natural to her, like breathing or blinking.
What may be the worst thing here: If they escape from the mines at some point in the future and nopony did anything to break her brainwashing (which might not be possible!), Luna can enter her masters' dreams from wherever she is to receive her commands. They'll literally have the perfect sleeper agent.
You know, we never did get to see Dashie getting spankies. Now that she's a young dog in mind, it may not be appropriate anymore; she's so eager to please, after all!
Still, it's a shame. I wonder if anypony else would fit the bill. Maybe Zecora and Opa, once they are safe again, for doing something so reckless without telling anypony beforehand.

Jacko is right; I doubt anypony really thought about what might've happened to Luna while she was gone. Only Twilight has any inkling something might be wrong with her, and she has no reason to think so now, since Luna shows no sign of outward control. She even used the Elements of Harmony successfully!
Also, I get why the Shaman wants to keep them in the mining fortress, but to attack the full group head-on? What chance does he think he has? Either of the Equestrian groups could wipe the floor with his little band of dog warriors. Unless these are the best, most elite fighters, and he has some other ace up his sleeve... Regardless, if he shows he has any control of Luna now, the other ponies will do everything to break it. That is, if they can fight off the dogs, and I don't doubt that they can.
Hmm. Maybe... maybe he plans on letting himself be captured and brought to Canterlot. And from there, tighten his control on Luna until it really is unbreakable, and then flee with her in tow. Sounds out there, I know, but it's not impossible that that's where things will lead. I mean, even if they (the dogs) lose now he can opt for this plan. Or heck, have Luna bring him ponies to bring under his spell while he's in their dungeon, until he has enough slaves to make his escape and found a new mining fortress with all his pony bitches.
