You just had to call it The Citadel. Now every time you mention it, I think of Mass Effect's Citadel rising up from the ground. I picture Titan as a Reaper and the creatures of the land as its husks with Twilight as Commander Shepard and her Team charging The Citadel to defeat him.

...Honestly, I didn't think that this story could get any more epic. But it DID. I was putting together a review in my head as I read, but you kept one-upping everything with more and more awesomeness until I completely lost track of what I was thinking. All I could do was focus on the story. And it was SO GOOD.

Looking at this chapter and thinking back, I can see just how much planning went into this. Like how Celestia and Luna went from fighting each other at the beginning of the story to their epic-level synergy in their final battle with Titan. So many elements of the story, when I think about them, seem like mirror-reversals of pieces of the story's earlier chapters. Am I making sense? Another one would be how Fluttershy is, obviously, unable to shout. Ever. And then... holy crap. Shouting down a dragon and finally getting her own cool outfit? That's one hell of a character arc, and it was believable.

Maybe it's the fact that I was listening to Shinedown's "Devour" and "Breaking Inside" while I read this chapter, but this is probably one of the most epic reads I've ever had the pleasure of... well, reading.

And I know it's Pinkie Pie, but did the very end of the chapter have to be so un-serious? And when are we going to get another Applejack perspective, if ever? Not really a big detail, that, but she's a personal favorite of mine and I'm more than a bit prejudiced when it comes to her. I keep asking myself what Big Mac and the Cutie Mark Crusaders are getting up to. If things end well (and I find myself expecting a stunning twist ending where the ponies lose) I hope there's an epilogue that explains details like that. Either way? This story has reached some serious literary heights.

You seem to end on the topic of titles quite frequently. Also, “So,"” Rarity puffed. “Straighten you hat.”" needs to be "straighten your hat". Another fantastic chapter, nonetheless.

Halfway through Twilight's speech I got up and ran into the Everfree. Took me a moment to realize that it was just my backyard.

“Thunder and lightning! Wings and steel!” Oh hell yes. Pegasi are best ponies.

And then Fluttershy finally taps into her magic... and grows a crown of thorns. That's somewhat concerning imagery.

I have no words for how awesome the fight at the end was, other than the unnecessary statement that Rarity is clearly best pony.

This is just ridiculously EPIC! Really can't wait to read the final two chapters.

This is nitpicking, but isn't Ponyville kind of between Everfree and Canterlot? Wouldn't have been easier to just move the storm to some further and unpopulated side of the forest?
And even if Canterlot has been evacuated (was there any reason? I don't remember any), it could have been of some use later anyway.
