This does answer one of my questions... I think. Twilight can indeed Blade Cast, and like Alicorns, her's seems to not have a physical base.

I squeed when I saw the chapter was up early, and then I got to the end. If I was home alone I would have been shouting "AW HELL YEAH!"

I think that line has been edited to say she was holding onto Titan's blade, where it had said her blade before.

I am hopeful she will use the Element of Magic to make her blade, and not merely make the blade out of raw magical energy.

After all the tension, the ending made my mind explode. Although, a part of me is kind of expecting that we'll see more evil Twilight before this is all over...

So we still haven't seen a blade from Twilight yet, though... she may well just not need one, not sure how that works, it seems like the blade motes can be used for quite a bit more than just stabbing/shooting/exploding(Esteem).

Waiting for this point to come was like watching DBZ and waiting for them to finish talking/powering up/waiting for dust to clear, to get to what I came to see: supermen killing each other for my amusement. I eagerly await badass twilight being badass.

I hate you so much. I'm already sleep deprived. Can catch almost 5 and a half hours of sleep if I fell asleep this minute, and then you have to go and post a chapter. I am gonna have to drink so much soda in the morning. We'll see how well I can teach physics in my sleep.

I just thought I'd comment, seeing as I know what it feels like to be watched and silently judged.

I really love this fic, even when I don't comment. You deserve all the internets for telling a fulfilling and world-buillding story that, to me, somehow rings true of the canon world as well as being something else. I like your twists and turns, following where things go.

That said, I'm so very glad that Twilight is over her little identity crisis, and I would say it seems fitting that, once she regained her smarts, was able to undo Titan's spells. Rarely does a deus ex equine feel fitting, this time it does. However, whilst I appreciate the maneuvering, it's getting a bit long in the tooth for me. That's not to say change things, but one mustn't just applaud mindlessly. Esteem got away again, Rarity was still unable to beat him - it seems that without Twilight Sparkle, things have entered a hot mexican standoff where everypony loses. If that was your intention, bravo. if not, well, that's my only complaint. It seems to me you're writing a quagmire, and you've done it well, but here's hoping the story gets free of it soon.

Well, this chapter was very good and my excitement is growing as I continue to get within reach of my last readthrough's furthest advance.

The fighting is great, the conflictual dialogue is mind-blowing and I see how Titan knew all that personal information about Twi and the princess in the last chapter. That or he already did know and just asked Twilight those questions for another purpose.

Anyways, moving on!
