I feared after the first chapter that this story would be kinda lame, but things have really fleshed out. Other alicorns governing the seasons is a premise that I was initially wary of, but with the whole backstory, especially the death of Spring Rain, you've proven you're a competent enough planner and plotter that you can handle it. And the characters I've seen so far have a lot of depth, in particular Snow Drift but also (somewhat surprizingly) Winter Chill.
One question now looms larger than the rest, in my mind: What does Dead Leaves want with Zecora's book of zebra magick?
I hope you plan on continuing this story, it really is great. I can't quite understand why despite being on ED there's not a lot of support or feedback here for it. Cheers!
