I don't have a lot of experience writing comedy, so it was fun looking at the mechanics fueling the humor in this one. First Twilight making excuses for past discrepancies, then the bunch of them getting into a situational tug-of-war over a misunderstanding that the reader understood perfectly. If you feel the concept is ridiculous, I'm assuming that's because it's not up to your usual standards. I enjoyed it, though.
Well, this little story is one of the hidden gems on this site. Well done!
