Princess Celestia believes that Strife, Discord's brother whom is locked up, will escape and use new powers to overthrow the kingdom. So Twilight Sparkle is called forth to aquire an apprentice to train by her side, none other than SpongeBob Squarepants! Can Twilight and SpongeBob and their friends work together to stop Strife, especially when Plankton gets invovled.
EDIT and NOTE: This is meant to take place during Season 3. Here, Twilight is a unicorn, Discord is reformed, and the Elements of Harmony are still around. Also, Season 4-9A seasons of SpongeBob never happened.

Like what I see so far, you've got everyone in character.
You just need to start a seperate line of dialogue whenever the speaker changes, and there are a few spelling errors that need to be corrected.
Keep up the good work, you've captured everyone perfectly. There are a few minor spelling errors, but the story is pretty solid right now.
Very good, The "Bring It Around Town" bit has me thinking that Spongebob could show off his special bubble blowing technique.
This is really good so far! The characters are in-character and this story is very interesting. A little editing could help, but overall I think this is really good! Can't wait for Ch.2!

I saw references to The Fry Cook Games, Plankton's Army, The Spongebob Squarepants Movie, The Lion King, and Toy Story 2.

Honestly I think the final battle should have been when strife changed his ways, plankton could have used a machine he built to drain discord and strifes powers and put it into him. Then he would become a giant like in the creature from the krusty krab video game and spongebob would get on rainbow dash to fly to try and stop him. Plankton would then merge bikini bottom with equestria (having chaotic powers now) and the mane 6, spike, the crusaders, and spongebobs friends would all try to save as many people as possible and we also see the citizens of ponyville rescue the citizens of bikini bottom. Spongebob and rainbow dash would battle plankton for a while till their friends would distract plankton while spongebob and twilight create a spell to drain planktons powers and give them back to discord and strife. Plankton is shrunk down to his tiny size and then is sent to prison by both the royal canterlot guard and bikini bottom police force. With bikini bottom now a part of equestria, the citizen need to begin to get use to the changes but thanks to spongebob, twilight and the others, a bright future would be on the horizon for new adventures and possibilities. Then we could have twilight write that letter about how we’re all the same despite being from different worlds and we see her along with spongebob, spike, and the rest of their friends doing something fun. In an after credit scene we could have plankton escaping from jail and find king sombras broken off horn and with it, he plans to use it to revive and recruit other villains form his own legion of doom. And we could have a spongebob mlp series and on occasions they battle planktons legion of doom. That’s my thought what do you think?
Well now, interesting start. I was kind of leery about the idea of Discord having a brother since that would raise questions, but you handled that well enough I think, with the reveal Strife isn't that powerful and was imprisoned. I think you thought this story through more than the writers thought through KCAFO.

Not sure about about Twi's characterization this chapter, though, her harsh comments toward Spongebob don't seem like things she'd actually say.
