This is actually quite nice. Kinda cute, even if it does include a fairly detailed description of Octavia emptying her bowels and then intense relief thereof.
A lot of the jucier bits near the beginning of the story, as well as the desperation bit, are told to us through narrative. It's understandable to explain the biological parts of what's going on, but it would do to get some inner thoughts from Octavia herself so we could get a sense of the urgency she's feeling. Instead of telling us she's embarrassed, have her think about how embarrassing it is.

Well I'm flattered! And yeah, character's thoughts are kinda difficult for me to pull off because I'm afraid of breaking the pace in the story or something like that. I always wanted to write down the thoughts without using any italics.
It brings a twisted smile to my face to see others turned on by my work.
