It’s been a few years since the wielders of the Elements of Harmony were last together. Their reunion, however, is cut short by the death of Celestia. They must now recover the stolen elements, but it's a race against time. Will they succeed and will the daughter of Celestia make a difference before unknown forces claim not only their lives but their history as well?

Everything (story, writing, ideas, proof reading) by me (JC Borch) except for:

When doing crossovers, some people take the characters or setting and some the story line. How is one better than the other? I actually make an effort to make a separate storyline fit into the universe of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, but just because I follow the storyline somewhat closely, I’m not legible for a feature on EqD. I’m being accused of writing a copy & pasta crossover. Quite frankly, this is hogwash. Some of the dialogue has been lifted, but I only follow the storyline insofar as possible without either straining the universe of ponies or the plot of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Equestrian Crisis is NOT a simple character replacement story. Effort has been put into to making this story interesting even for people familiar with Oblivion. The result is probably my best fanfiction project yet. I’m dissatisfied with the Equestria Daily’s decision, but arguing it would be futile. They’ve already read my story and come to their own conclusions. If you disagree, submit this story to EqD, show them that you think this is worth their feature.

10k word chapter, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED

10K words first chapter? You aren't kidding around. Alright, Once more unto the breach dear friends!

400243 Too much for a single chapter? I've always put 10.000 as my marker for a good length :twilightblush:

400342 You sir, are fucking awesome.

And YES! Oblivion WAS a great game! The story was a whole lot better than Skyrim's in my opinion. The graphics were legitimate and the characters were unforgetable. I mean come on! Imperial Guard anyone? The Dark Brotherhood was a lot more fun because of a few select quests. Like for instance when I got to go into a house and kill all of the party guests one by one! I mean really! And atleast I could use cheats on Oblivion! The scroll duplication glitch is what saved my ass! Skyrim has only the book duplication glitches with bookshelves and a whole lot of luck! Skyrim still has a better combat system though. I'll give credit to Bethesda for that. But still shouldn't the voice acting been a little better in Skyrim? I mean come on!

Long story short, Oblivion kicks ass. Never played Morrowind so I can't talk about it much.

Stay frosty!

400685 You should try Morrowind :3 It's a much bigger game and for its age is actually really pretty and much more immersive. But Oblivion was the first TES game I played and it will always be in my memories with fondness. The later Dark Brotherhood quests got easier, and much funnier, with fury XD Simply cast that spell on them and watch them get killed by the city guards. I'll never forget the quest you mentioned... they kept asking me "Did you see who did this" despite sheathing their own bloodied swords.

Got a lot of good story in that game, and I'll be covering The Shivering Isles, Dark Brotherhood, Fighter's Guild, Mage's Guild, Thieves' Guild and of course the main quest line.

Thanks for the comment =D
:rainbowkiss:

This interests me, having played three Elder Scrolls games. Sadly, the only one I'm liable to finish is Skyrim.

Off to read, brb with opinions.

439314 Just finished Morrowind myself (the main quest at least)... Now I just need Skyrim, but my FPS rate is rubbish, even with low settings.

Hope you like it :3

:yay: Yay! The new chapter is here! Great chapter too! Poor Twilight seems to be stuck doing side-quests.:facehoof: Seem's the Mane 6 have been doing a lot more than I thought during the years they were separated. Can't wait for the next chapter! :pinkiehappy::rainbowkiss:

562373 Glad to hear you like it  I'll be making the first chapter more reader friendly, like the second one, and then I'll give the second chapter a title before I begin on the third :3

Came here because of Morrowind.... although this isn't about Morrowind. I typed Morrowind in and got this.

1198497 That is... peculiar. If you want something about Morrowind however and are not afraid of a little human action, maybe I could interest you in http://www.fimfiction.net/story/35997/Soul-Survivor ? It's not modelled after Morrowind directly though, but the add-on Tribunal.

1201086 A little human action? Wasat mean? Most of the stories I read are HiE.... because Humans are just better, no explanation.required.
