Well, for the first Question: this story will revolve around a character with the appearance and powers of The Overlord (the "generic" evil Ruler, you normaly fight in the role of the hero, if you want so) from the likewise named games. Just as a woman. But yes, there are several Overlord themed stories around.^^
For the second Question. No, absolutly not. The similar names are pure coincidnece. Imagine my surprise/embarassement when I found that someone else had a charakter around with that name.
