Writers are allowed to have a little bit of poetic license. For one, you don't know how she is yet, so you really can't do anything about it, and for two, even if she is different; what you've written is good regardless.
Personally, I'm hoping for a kind and benevolent mini-canon-Celestia like you've written here. Only a little more 'normal' when it comes to being down to earth. If you know what I mean. Being young (presumably), she won't be 'worldly wise' like Celly, or 'archaic' like Luna. S'all good!

Okay... still not a fan of clop-fics but for some reason this wasn't that hard to read. Though, I can't say that I will read any more clop for a good year or two lol. I am just glad to get this out of my to-read list.
I still don't know how to react after readin this but oh well... it was written very well and I will always appreciate good writing.

Came for the story, skipped over most of the clop and enjoyed it though for awhile I wanted to fill Celestia's veins with a million tiny pissed off wolverines. I kept expecting Shining Armor to barge into the MC and Cadance's love-making session, revealing her to be somepony who enjoys stringing people along, boning them, and then leaving them to rot. Very glad it wasn't the case.

I'm glad you liked the story. It's funny, I had originally intended for that part to go to Princess Luna, but then I wanted to write it as a nicer, less stern pony, and I felt that Cadence could fit the bill.
