You can't tone down a South Park game, or a South Park anything. Toning down South Park doesn't make it South Park anymore. It just makes it something else.
How do you plan to "tone down" the content in this game? Let's go through the list right off the top of my head:
-alien probes
-Nazi zombies
-abortions
-Nazi zombie fetuses
-going up a guy's asshole
I'm missing some stuff, but you still can't intend to keep this not mature. I'll still read this, mainly because of the very interesting crossover you decided to make.

There are some criticisms i have to offer.
You have created this unique universe and i like the whole concept. Its a very interesting take on the concept. But right now you are just giving us bones, theres do much you can explore, dont just retell the same story with ponies.
Are all the ponies in this story foals/children? You don't give any details. This is an alternate universe, show us how its different from canon.

Was about to dive right in expecting comedy galore. Sadly this is well, a sad fic. Not really something that works with the source material
