Two quick things. Kind of nitpicky though.
You should replace "Phoenix Wright" with "that lawyer" or something, because like you put it it feels like you are shoving a reference in our faces and saying "get it ? get it?".
Also you could put the video on a link because the big square in the middle of the text disrupts the flow.

As for the story, as a big GB fan, I'll have to check this out when I get time. Still hoping for a crossover IDW, you got the rights to both MLP: FiM and Ghostbusters, so I would love to see that officially happen.
