5211561 Is it racism, or is it colorism? Because as I understand it, Shining has a white coat fetishism. So he wouldn't care which tribe the mare identified with, so long as she has a white coat. But thus far, we've only seen him with Vinyl and having perverted fantasies about Celestia. It's a bit early to call him a racist when his data pool only consists of two ponies, one of which can't really be identified as belonging solely to one tribe or another.

I suppose it might look racist that his first in-story fuck is a unicorn mare, but we'll never know since you can't go back and reload from a save point and progress a storyline in a different direction, like gamers are capable of doing. But again, we need a larger data pool before we can postulate any credible theory in regards to his preferences regarding mares. One thing we can postulate this early is that Shining has a sexual attraction to white-coated mares.

The Vinyl ceased her bouncing as two mares looked to the door. Shining was deaf to the world with his ears clamped between her thighs. The stallion that Vinyl had ordered earlier poked his head inside the doorway.

"Um... I'm here for the gang-bang."

Octavia and her mare traded glances. She looked down at the sizable bulge protruding from her tummy before looking back at the consort.

"The position had been filled." Octavia said, dismissing the latecomer.
