(Crossover of RWBY and MLP)
When the princesses of Equestria decide to use a new form of magic in order to summon beings from other worlds, they had doubts about reaching into other worlds and pulling them in at random. Thus, after months of observation they send out Princess Luna into one world with advanced weapons and technology and using her dream magic she is to recruit as many beings as possible to come to their world. Now, our heroes are on a quest of diplomacy and peace, in order to advance both Equestria and Remnant.

Interisting consept but the conversations are hard to fallow. I don't always know who is speaking all the time.
This chapter's ending is a bit of an improvement, I'll admit. It's still kinda rushed, though. You're trying to do too much in too little space. I'd add some more to this, especially towards the beginning. Maybe show us when Twilight 'linked' to Remnant, rather than telling us about it. That's the key point with writing: show, don't tell. It's a lesson I've had to learn myself.
One other note: You might want to make it clear in the description that this is a crossover with RWBY. The crossover tag alone isn't going to draw people in, and in fact may drive people away if they don't know what this fic crosses over with. Provide a link to the RWBY section on the Rooster Teeth website, or the RWBY playlist on their YouTube channel in the description as well, if you want maximum effect.
