she has memorized all their faces, she knows all their names. BonBon goes to the park on Sundays to share stories with the green unicorn named Lyra. doctor and Derpy disappear into that blue box for hours at a time, goodness knows what magic is hidden in there! And she knows TwilightSparkle spends her time in a library. she notices it all...but maybe, for a change, some pony might notice her.

Maybe i read a bit to fast but i am not sure that i really understand it. Are there flashbacks in some of the chapters or are they all in the right order? By the castle Chapter i thought it was another time, but maybe i just get a little confused.
I think i manage to understand that this is Doctor Hooves, the time travelling pony right?
Somehow it is not easy to undestand right know i think i understand, that she is in a bad shape and agains her will, the Doctor is trying to help her maybe with some mechanical parts and rescue her even if she not want it. I don´t want to make a spoiler here, but i am not even sure that i am right or not.
PS: I still like the story

Almost spot on! But the Time travel pony isn't the Doctor, he's a Time-Lord like the Doctor but this is the Professor! Im glad you like it so far -and, yah, she doesn't want his help, she looks like a pony but feeds on fear and hate like the changelings feed on love. So, after the days of Luna's banishment, there was no fear to collect from the Princess or "master" as Shadow sometimes calls her. Her species realized that with Discord being stone, and Luna on the moon, there was little fear to feed on, so their queen found a spell to change themselves. They now feed on love but still have the power to change form(if they have enough food.) Now they are called the Chaneglings! 
MoonShadow is the only one who ran away when Queen Crystalis started the spell on her people. She has little to no fear to feed on. And love is poisonous to her so she doesn't want any help from him.
4295695 well this is more interessting than i thought. I am a little mad with the doctor because do something against her will, but this is only a current state. I mean i think whatever he does, she is happy with it later or think that this is better this way. I just can´t like it sometimes if they do something against smoeone´s will. I don´t know how to say it right, but i like it, if i have a litle thing i don´t like it make the story only better altogether.
PS: Thanks for helping me to understand the whole thing a little easier.
