Rainbow dash gets sent to the hospital after helping fluttershy. In the hospital she realizes that she has feelings for her. The story is about rainbow realizing her feelings, and chasing after them. Sorry again for the no image, i couldn't find a decent one. I also didn't know what to rate it, as there is nothing really graphic, so i just put it as everyone. Agree with DarthSylar12. I liked the story a lot, and you shouldn't bash yourself in your own story.
Its a great story, just one little piece i would fix, at one point it says "fingers", just switch that with "hooves" and itll be just fine, great story though, really cute
