Well, at least Twilight seems to be having a good trip so far...
Fun idea, but a couple quibbles: Applejack leered down the path? She having naughty thoughts about Twilight, or do you need another word there?
Secondly, Applejack knows only one song? I know, we can all get a laugh out of ignorant hick Applejack, but if any of the characters can be randomly silly or OOC, it sort of lessens the effect of the central premise, "Twilight is trippin' balls." She needs straight Ponies to play off of.
3958389 I felt that Applejack was IC, she didn't know any other words to THAT song. And leer can mean look or gaze in an unpleasant way, so I think it fits.

My first time was with 25b. I had to keep all the saliva in my mouth for 30 minutes, and by the time I took the tab out, I was practically unconscious; I barely remember anything from the beginning of the trip. I started looping really strongly, which is a really intriguing effect for me. I liked it, instead of being scared by it as some people apparently are. The downside? I spent what felt like an hour waving my arms like seaweed while staring at the words that mysteriously appeared on the tree in my backyard. If I had been hyperactive, I probably would have hurt myself. My sense of balance or something was out of whack.

Poor AJ, out of all of them, she is the most normal who wish for a life at the farm instead of being a hero. Twilight better make it up to her and make ruins that prevent Rainbow Dash from entering the lab to prevent a Pinkie Pie Version of Rainbow Dash. She lucky it wasn't dangerous as a lot of chemicals that can kill a person is clear.
