Nope, never have, and I could get you a wide and long list of writers who haven't either. Or if they did; they weren't shameless wish fulfillment stories, were subtle about it at the very least, or never actually published them.

There are very few stories I've ever removed from publication on this site. I can only name one, and that was because of the fact it was both an objective failure and a story I had no idea how to properly write.
Even these embarassing wish-fulfillment stories aren't bad enough for me to remove. They more serve as a mark of where I've come as an author.
Then again, I could just be trying to justify the actions of my silly younger self to try and keep myself from having an adult existential crisis.
