Honey, I'm going to be honest. A self-insert alicorn OC fic is not going to do well on this site when written seriously.
Hopefully you'll learn with time about the ins and outs of this site.
Seeing as how you're new to this site, I'm going to have to agree with the above comment. Take a bit to scour the site's more popular stories so that you have an idea of what people do and don't enjoy.
4064291 Unfortunate as it is, the guys above me are bang on the money. A self-insert (ie. story in which the author or a personification of the author is the main character) alicorn story isn't going to be well received here. For one, they're overdone to death, and two, alicorn OCs tend to be overpowered Gary Stu's who aren't interesting to read about.
Add to that the tired, boring, and, quite frankly, preposterous concept of the New Lunar Republic and the Solar Empire and you've got a story that lacks originality, and is poorly executed.
If you want my advice, read some of the more popular stories on the site, see what people enjoy and what works, then try to learn from it.
