3882829 Well, this is in the "Selfcest is Best Cest" group, so not the first by a long shot. Twilight x Future Twilight is pretty popular, everyone and their dog (and me) has written one. I can't recall if this is the first male selfcest on this site, though.

I wrote a selfcest time travel fic too (about Twilight, because I'm not that enthusiastic about background ponies), but in sort of a different genre. One day, I started wondering how informed consent works in a time travel situation. If you travel to the past, to fulfill a predestination clause, but you don't want to have the required sex, are you raping yourself zero, one, two or infinite times? It seemed like the thing Twilight would worry about if she was going to try it, so I wrote a fic about her trying to selfcest while preserving a bistable timeloop. That's a timeloop that can collapse into either one of two stable options (in this case, sex or not-sex) and remain a stable time loop in both cases. Of course, while doing that, she accidentally causes a grandfather paradox...
Edit: I just realised I used "selfcest" as an intransitive verb. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than the transitive version "to cest oneself".
