Why, thank you kindly. The only thing I can think of that would make this special, I guess, would be that I have found a disturbing lack of stories about this particular subject with this character. I figured somebody would have done this by now, honestly.

I did briefly consider having them really get together, as well as the more, shall we say, in-depth directions this story could go. After the prior events, though, this felt like the way it should end, at least to me. Maybe I'll ship them properly one day, but I'm just teasing for now.

I'm imagining it quite literally, with Rainbow held down by metal shackles, trying to free herself while screaming, "Daring Dooooooooooooo!" Foam splatters on the floor as she thrashes against her ordered restraints, attempting to throw herself onto her hero. Daring backs away with a horrified expression as the frothing mare is wheeled away by a pair of police ponies.
There's something wrong with me, I just know it.
She was too much mare for her anyways. Though, given the ending to that episode, Daring doesn't seem too far off from accepting such company.
This story was fun, now to go see if Daring Do will drop the charges as well for me for peeking in on her private time.

Are you implying that Dash, the pony who's at least 1.2x cooler than most anypony else, couldn't handle Daring's raw, unadulterated awesomeness? Actually, it's probably best that they didn't hook up, because the cross-awesomenation from those two probably would have blown the house apart.
Oh, and I spoke with Daring's lawyer. He said that she'll drop the charges if you give her back her socks. I'm not sure what he's talking about, but if you don't have her socks, I'd suggest raiding Rainbow's house to see if she took them.
