Applejack is requested by HRH Princess Cadance, to travel north to the Crystal Empire in order to assist her and Shining Armor in cultivating the long lost crystal apple, a fruit imagined to have powerful healing properties, when grown properly. Unfortunately, the crystal ponies lack such farming skills, so who better than an Element who is also an experienced apple farmer?

Ah the old racism card, no offence
but I never really liked the whole concept in any fic just because such a harsh worldview 
seems really out of place in such a colorful (pun intended) and cute world of ponies, griffons, goats, cows, pigs, minotaur, dragons, buffalo, etc. and unless it's the main plot of the fic it is just kind of distracting, at least in my opinion.
Also: loud clopping sounds just didn't work for her when she was trying to take a nap in a nearby tree. Yeah it would be pretty hard to sleep with that going on right next to you, if you know what I mean.
I have read a lot i mean a lot of shippings and stuff like this
but this is one of the best

This series has always been one of my favorites, and if I recall correctly, the first series I ever kept up with. While I may still long for more, I'm glad you decided to finally give us a close and move on to another remarkable story. Even though it is sad to see the story go, thanks for not leaving us hanging with hiatus or cancellation, and good luck!
