In the next chapter, Joshua asks Discord for help getting back at everyone.
Discord suggests setting the clocks in the library forward, so that Twilight thinks that she's behind schedule( She skips grooming herself and Discord takes a photograph of her disheveled appearance for his and Joshua's scrapbooks).
Later in the day, Discord teaches Joshua how to handle his draconequus magic and the two prank everyone that tickled Joshua( ecept Dinky).
Now you're tickling me!
