One question- Does the first chapter make sense without reading the prologue?

3773783 I can't believe how long it took me to respond, sorry. You're probably right, I guess I do read a bit faster and it's wrong for me to assume others will read at that pace. I did try to keep the prologue as short and easy a read as I could though, honest.
