We already know how "MMMystery on The Friendship Express" ended. We all know who was guilty of eating the entries. And we all know that it was all's well that ends well.
But what if the culprit was someone else? What if it was someone that no one seemed to supsect? What if the real criminal was a certain pony, who just so happened to be part of the investigation?
Well, in this alternative ending that's exactly what happens.
The investigation into who devoured the MMM, as well as the other entries, yielded some interesting pieces of evidence. But nothing that could link anyone to the crime. Whoever the thief was, they seemed to have slipped away.
So it's only natural that Pinkie Pie is upset because of that, right? She doesn't have anything to hide. I mean, it's not like she knows something about who really did it?
Or does she?

I'll be honest the part where she is all being a pity party seamed to be drug out a bit to long. However it was very real to if someone were dealing with a person with the same problem so it is realistic more so.

In any case, what really sucks is that past lessons seem to be deliberately ignored in favor of creating new episode plots. "Bats!" is a prime example because the lesson learned in "Over a Barrel" was completely negated and as a consequence, dear Fluttershy is now part vampire.
3777248 So far "Bats!" is the only one to have that problem. And even then the problem was more the rest of the mane six picking sides, as opposed to being netural. Fluttershy's idea would've worked in the long run, the only problem was that in the short run Applejack's plan would've worked as well. And just like in "The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000" compromise is not ever attempted. Making it the third time n 4 seasons where Applejack ruined things and jepordized her family and future, just by sticking to her values. Nopony's that stubborn.

5516457 Pinkie Pie isn't perfect either. "Filli Vanilli" and to a lesser extent "A Friend in Deed" showed that sometimes she can be a bit of a prick and have no regard for personal space. Granted, it's mostly a case of "Innocently Incenitive" but the OOC behavior doesn't just go away.

5517745 Indeed. But just like Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash has had some absolutely wonderful episodes. "Sonic Rainboom" and "Sleepless in Ponyville" remain fan favorites to this day. In fact, "Sonic Rainboom" frequently makes top ten lists.

Agreed. I love sonic rainboom that episode was fun to watch and sleepless in ponyville was heartwarming because it showed her softer side I want to see that side more often. I noticed the characters who are good in their episodes are written pretty OOC in the episodes they arent the focus of. I still say pinkie pride is best pinkie episode that's why I wanted to slap amy for filli vanilli of course I would never go the length people have gone when they went on her twitter after the episode aired.
