Of course. I came up with the title while going to bed yesterday, because before that, it was "TBD Pony Omorashi". I dabbled with the idea of just calling it that, and thought of a possible abbreviation of TBD. I got "To Boldly", and then the rest was instant.
I'm not surprised at the low score, but a little disappointed. It'll succeed in the long run, I know it.
I like it. It gives me a feeling of malicious joy seeing Twilight this desperate. ^^
While reading it, I came up with an idea for a possible future chapter. How about Cheerilee? The students are writing an exam, and since it is a very small school, Cheerilee is the only teacher there. She badly needs to pee and looks more urgently at the clock than her students.
It's oddly amusing reading about somepony needing to pee. I'm curious about what other situations you can come up with.

I wouldn't expect a Vinyl Scratch chapter, because as long as you accept it's not anthro, that's the first chapter of Er...Scratch That you're describing. Octavia would also be unlikely, because while it's not nearly as in-depth as a chapter would be here, and it's not the same situation, I did still write about her in that story. Actually, considering the differences, Octavia could be a possibility.

Well, not quite. As the description says, Celestia and Luna are next. There's no point in saving a character for "last", as this is a story that can't have a dedicated end. Unless I turn this into an epic, with some evil villain causing every problem, and requiring a climatic showdown...nah.
Rainbow Dash was initially discarded for the same reason Applejack was, being that neither of them have shame. I had a hard time imagining a realistic scenario where either of them would really care about just going. Though now, Rainbow...Wonderbolts Academy...with Lightning Dust...that's something I can work with.
