I just assumed its the default chapter title. Judging by other stories TittySparkles has written it looks like this author doesn't care much for chapter titles and puts their effort into the story instead
This was absolutely delicious, although I'm sure not as thirst-quenching as Applejack. Not seen this pairing much but have had my eyes opened to new possibilities since the episode aired. I can see Shy hanging around the apple orchard a fair bit more often now. I feel the resistance and the back-and-forth between the two of them as Fluttershy pressed her point (and her tongue) home was a little laboured here and there. Didn't seem like Applejack was putting up too much of a fight really.
