Together they form a truce to find out more about the land and, unknowingly, form a bond of friendship thought to be impossible.

Jack = Cold, slightly caotic, joyfull, winter spirit.
Celestia = Ruler of order, harmony and the sun.
Pitch and Luna both have some similar traits but one works to make the night peacefull (that include dreams). The other wants to spread fear and nightmares.

I don't think people give Pitch enough credit. Fear is a natural emotion that we need. "If we did not fear death, living would be pointless."
Still rooting for pitch to get stronger, the world needs fear. "Darkness is created by light, but without darkness light is meaningless."

Personally I think it be too soon for monster part because none of them could really use any powers except jack making ice. Also nobody can see them except the kids. But it's your story you do whatever you feel like

I think it should really only be Unicorns or Alicorns, which can sense them. I know it is probably a ....(Bad Pony/Thestral?) but i had liked it if it would be only a Alicorn at the beginning
I liked Pitch, but he is not my favourite. I would like to let him have a romance, but i would enjoy maybe a Jack X Pinkie Pie or something like that to. I mean if i think of the Spirit of Fun, well why not.
I think you could simply make it that way that he was just a Spirit of his World for this long, or let something happen what cause the "man in the moon", to contact Luna.
To make sure i don´t messed up the sentence : Why not letting the moon, somehow speak with Luna because he thinks that jack should remain there?
I loved the bird/thoothfairy the most because the bird Part, but with Jack here i favourite him, so i don´t want him to leaf in the end.

I would like this more if Pitch Black had a more darker side, or one day/night he starts turning ponies dreams into nightmares and begins to become more powerful than Luna (cos i don't like how Luna just assumes shes more powerful than a spirit she knows nothing about)

...... What? Luna is the deity of the moon, she brings light from the sun. In no way is she a ruler of darkness.
Pitch on the other hand is darkness incarnate and is older than the human race itself, and considering the fact that evolution takes time and an alicorne is a product of evolution, I'd say he would have not only more control over ambient darkness but compared to Luna its like a grown man to a little girl
