So, does only Celestia hear that voice? Where was it when Luna's anger grew? Did none of the countless ponies of Equestria hear it telling them to help their falling princess?

Why is it that the unseen deities always help us endure through hardships of a disaster but never warn us to prevent one? And then we're supposed to love them because - sure - their help in distress feels more valuable than their help against the distress would? Exploiting vulnerable emotional state for gaining better foothold...

Someone removes a sewer manhole cover in a playground. Then an ambulance crew stops by, and instead of moving that cover back, they wait to help any children that fall in.

Not going to downvote this, but it's the kind of fallacy I sense here, which prevents me from liking this story.

doesn't celestia know that lunas exile will be for a finite period of time? she thinks luna is gone forever. she doesn't think shell ever see luna again.
