Dark Before Dawn (See Author's Note)

Author's Note:

This one was written based on an MLP RP I'm a part of, as well as my OC's backstory. I'm going to use my OC from there for a story eventually. I'm just not good enough at story writing to be confident enough to post. I also feel like I need to finish the stories before posting. This is also my shortest MLP poem to date.

It's always darkest before the dawn,
the most dangerous of us, nothing more than the pawn.
So the world turns on, with the sunrise and set,
all of those we've only just met,
I stare at the beauty of the world as it turns,
and watch the as the plains of Zebrica burn.
