A Sequel to "The Party Hasn't Ended" permitted by the fantastic ButterscotchSundae.
It's been five years after the storm that nearly destroyed Ponyville and Loneliness wants to come back. But Loneliness doesn't want to cause problems or hurt anypony it just wants to live and be loved again, but for that to happen it has to be reborn and to do that it has to borrow somemare's body for a year.
Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash are still in love and on the day of their fifth anniversary everything changes...

Your choosing to take time out of your day to provide me the consumer with awesome content and to me so long as the story get's told and finishes eventually that's all that I can ask and ever will ask. The way I see it is because I'm not paying you and your not getting anything out of this besides my gratitude and heartfelt thanks your free to take the time you want/need to update at a pace that feels comfortable to you. I would rather wait the extra time to get something worth reading than get my updates faster with poorer quality.

Great sequel! Yeah, there were mistakes and it was rushed and all over the place but it was a good story on the whole and has great continuity with "The Party Hasn't Ended".
You had some good ideas here and even though you avoided the mystery behind Loneliness's real name, I read on Devart that Butters wanted to keep it that way.
Good work here and just like the original, terribly under-appreciated!
This fic is kinda the story about what every reader of the original wanted things to turn out afterward. Of course, there WAS that issue with Star Catcher but that was addressed by a writer on EQD, who did a second side-fic for "Party" and that one was left with unanswered questions as well, like if she accepts Rainbow Dash's apology or not.
Guess that's just the way it is though.

Thanks, granted the onyl part of this story I'm really proud of is the prologue that adds to the details surrounding how Loneliness was created using information revealed in season 2 (specifically the Hearth Warming's Even episode) since it made sense to me and lines up pretty well:
1) We know that the Windigoes began to attack the ponies because of their hostility towards each other but it makes sense that a huge catatrophe like that would be created by a single major event taht set soff a chain reaction.
2) based on the whole "Commander hurricane" as a leader thing it makes sense that th Pegasi were mire militaristic back then and thus would be the most likely to enforce a death penalty on their own kind for treason.
3) If Loneliness turned Luna into Nightmare Moon then it would have had to be created before the Princesses were around, so it could easily hve been created back during the ear of the first hearthwarming.
but yeah, this story is just a margin doodle I wrote for fun, nothing more.

Honestly this is just a story I wrote a while ago and didn't bother to take down. It's not going anywhere and as far as I'm concerned I've finished it. I haven't felt like writing fanfiction for this show for a while now and I maintain this account to keep up with the stories I do like.

Thank you, it's nice to hear feedback even if this story was something I jsut churned out quickly and posted to see how it ended up. To be honest I'm more happy with "I'll sweep you off your hooves I got it on Equestria Daily back when I still cared about that site.
Finally got to reading this, a decent fic, though I wish there had been more to it. Dash gives up one dream for now to make another true. It's sweet, though I expected it to go on to show loneliness and Spitfire and Dash's talk.
Decent, and makes me want to read the first one again.
