besides the Parliament, there are the Dancers of Chaos, who are also blind, and dance around his throne. they correspond with the constellations of the Zodiac

I just read it all in one go. I usually have pretty fast reading speed.
This was very interesting. The only problem I had was that you had either 1: Forgot to add some more words to the sentences so they made more sense, and 2: The words you had placed was changed around with another word that was meant to be something else entirely.
Other than that, this is a great start. Oh! And I love how the Stallions act against each other, reminds me of Applejack and Rainbow Dash
