A humanized pony story.
Twilight Sparkle, apprentice and student to Queen Celestia, was a true magical prodigy; perhaps the most gifted magic user in all of Equestria with the exception of Celestia herself. However she has a bit of a problem: she had very little interest in anything outside of her studies, including friends. So she is sent to the town of Ponyville to oversee the Summer Sun Celebration and make some friends in the process. But little does she realize that her life will change forever that day when she and 5 new friends become the legendary Knights of Harmony and prevent the return of the banished tyrant Nightmare Moon.
In this story Celestia and Luna are queens instead of princesses.
The original names of towns and cities are still same despite the characters being human mainly because their culture is centered around horses and equestrian activities.
This story is rated Teen due to some violence and some mild language.
Characters will have similar skin colors to those they had in Equestria Girls.

I won't upvote/downvote this story without having read it, and indeed I almost feel bad for commenting without having read it but I have to ask. Why restate things that have already been established as cannon in an AU fic? I won't pretend that I know exactly what you're doing, but your summary makes it seem like your story is nothing more than a rerun. Not that there's anything necessarily wrong with that, but if I wanted to relive those moments I could easily watch them on youtube. So I ask you, why should I read this?
