It's interesting, I think that the relationship between Sombra and Trixie could be explained more but keep the chapters coming.

I must tell you, I love this story so far

................... sombra is far too weak to be a threat to the alicorns. he is powerful but they easily overpowered him a millenium ago, likely when he had the crystal heart. while luna's trength may not have grown, Celestia is older, stronger, and more experienced tahn she was back when sombra reigned the empire.
he would be pulverized.
3767977 they used the elements of harmony on him. No one that disharmonises the world could stand up to that. But before they used the elements he stood against them, Sombra is much more of a threat than they gave him credit for on the show.
3790216 if they had used the elements on him, he would have been stripped of his powers. simpel as that. together they had the power to seal away discord, so a unicorn would be easy to dispose of with the elements for the regal sistes.
it seems to hint more towards the regal pricnesses attacking sombra with thier own might, defeating him soundly and binding him into shadow. considering the close proximinty of the crystal empire to canterlot alone, yet their general ignorance of the place, it would seem this event took place prior to them becoming equistria's rulers.
I know Sombra is supposed to be evil, but this is just ridiculous.
Killing one of his own servant because he heard the Name of Celestia and Luna? Rarity getting punished I could've dealt with it, but here the servant didn't even said or do anything. I can understand evil, but not a mindless, impulsive, blood-thirsty brute.
Ever heard the expression "Too much is like not enough?" We're starting to to see that classic "evil because evil" type of character here... Random redshirts getting ripped apart to make things more dramatic. Honestly, I think it's unnecessary.
Oh yeah, I like where this is going
While it seems right now that every chance of consensual Sombrarity (my favorite Sombra pairing) happening is null 
Sombra and Trixie is really picking my interest, there is something that I absolutely love about submissive obedient females in fanfiction.
Also curious as to why and how Rainbow Dad, or Rainbow ancestor is one of Sombra top men.
