I read the phrase online, but I don't think the origin (Weird Al) was mentioned there. If it is a Weird Al quote, I got it from a secondary source. I was mostly looking for something with the word "Dare" in it.
This thing is six years overdue for an update. Also, why did I take a perfectly serviceable short story and try to expand it? That needless extra chapter is going, and the status of this fic should therefore be complete. That'll tidy things up a little.
