This story is a sequel to Shattered Harmony Part 1 - The Call
Applejack takes a ride in a familiar ship, leaving this reality and finding familiar faces and strange, new enemies. It all began with a early morning run and will end with Applejack being much different than anypony, even she, could imagine. Come along for the ride, and watch out for Phazon!
This will include lore and enemies from the Prime Trilogy (best Metroid games there are!) as well as a whole new Equestria.
Part 2 of Shattered Harmony and a crossover with MLP and Metroid. Enjoy.

I know, it's amazing what the fandom can do. But Samus is mentioned in the story, try and find her!
One problem that i see is that Applejack accepted the strange ship under the grave totally fine when I personally think she would have been flipping out for a little while before falling into the calm version you have her playing near the end of this chapter
6862569 Yeah, This was put up sans editing. I don't have anypony that wants to edit for me and so I make use with what I have. That part of the scene didn't sit right with me, but I didn't quite know how to fix it without messing up the flow of the story.

6862647 Lolz I meant break this chapter into two chapters so it could take a little longer of Applejack slightly flipping out in the ship while its buried and then in the moon station when she first hears that she is dead
