The Doctor's wife dies. Fleur's fiancé Fancypants calls off the wedding. They independently seek the services of Madamoiselle Pinkamina and Matching Feelings, two of the greatest matchmakers in Equestria. They set Whooves and Fleur up on a date. Shenanigans ensue. This is the story of those shenanigans.

A spin off of this. Has a midquel: Nothing Gold Can Stay. Occurs before and concurrent to this story: Sweetie Beltway.

I call her "Fleur Dis Lee" not "Fleur de Lis", as that is what she is officially called.
