While on the hunt for Dio, Jojo's team come across a young girl who holds a golden object. When they try to ask her were she got it from she uses a strange power and cast them down into an abyss. When they awoke they find out that they have all been turn into ponies and in an entire new world. Now they are on a quest to return to their own world and kill Dio before Jotaro's mother dies.

While I admire what you are trying to do, I can't help but feel a large amount of trepidation about this undertaking. You are already showing signs of setting up some rather cliche jokes, Lyra's hand obsession for one, and making what I can only call mistakes. I don't think you needed to give the entire mane six stands, in fact my understanding of them is that this would only have made all of them but Applejack and Rainbow Dash become deathly ill. You might also need to put a blurb in the description that a knowledge of event up to book X in the jojo series is necessary as even being in book four does not give me all the information I need, the golden arrow for example.
I found Jotaro out of character and it odd that nopony found the jeep odd, especially as there has been no signs of mechanical transportation outside of trains and the Squeezie.
I'd love for this to turn into something good, but at the moment I can only see this going wrong.
3704723 yeah I forgot to put in how somepony would react to the jeep in this chapter and I thought, at the time, the Lyra hand joke might be funny but now I don't know. I should put in a blurb suggesting of the knowledge of the events up to book X in the Jojo's series. The reason that I gave the mane six the stand power is because of several reasons, 1) because the golden arrow can give stands power to anyone who has a high fighting spirit and their has been some ppl in Jojo's series that I don't think should have a stand power, 2) it because it give me an excuse to make picture of what the mane six stand look like
Hm... I personally would have preferred it if just the Stardust Crusaders gang had the Stands, considering... The idea that the ponies just get Stands because some figure from their world shoots them with the arrows... rings hollow to me.
That said, Applejack... possible Stand's name: Guns-N-Roses, perhaps?

Oh, and if that girl is who I think it is, the closest thing I can think of for the "Star of the Sun" in the Ponyverse (Cutie Mark being a star and apprentice of the Mare of the Sun, to be specific) would be Twilight Sparkle.

Do you need ideas for original stands? Because I have a good stand for Fluttershy; Fluttershy is the Weeping Angels it can be similar to Bad Company and Fluttershy use them mostly for defense and for spying and it can't move when someone looking at it only Fluttershy can see them move. Is Spike going to get a stand too?
