Thanks! I'm just glad the scene I wanted to portray got me above the 1k word minimum. Vignettes like these can really be ruined by unnecessary padding.

The 1k word limit is unfortunate at times, because it's certainly possible to tell a great story in under 1,000 words. We both know the good reasons why it exists, but the side effects can be unnecessary. The story didn't really feel padded or anything when I read it. Being able to write a good postcard story is a great skill to have.

I just write about a lonely ghoul wandering through Kkat's wasteland, really. Also, the main Fallout: Equestria is already finished, unlike my sidefic.
Mind you, if you haven't read FO:E and don't want to dive into sidefics without reading the original, but want to check out more of my stuff, I can also recommend Flitter... which is non-FO:E, is finished, and has generally been pretty well received on fimfic
