Luna has always felt alone; even on a night set aside for her, there are times when she manages to be alone. Mr. Waddle, the oldest pony in Ponyville, knows what that's like.

Your one shots continue to amuse me and this one was quite a pleasure.:pinkiehappy: A fine crack shipping if I do say and wonderfully handled as well. :scootangel::twilightsmile:

Well, this is just wonderful, and nothin' more to add. :ajsmug:

Man, you're an awesome writer. Keep up the good work!:pinkiehappy:

Thanks  Hope to have something more substantial up by the end of the weekend.

This was a cute, wonderful little one-shot.

Possibly the only nit-picky issue would have been Mr. Waddle's slip-up: Unless he's over 1,000 years old himself, he technically would have fallen in love with Celestia's night as a colt, not Luna's. That said, Luna probably appreciates the fact that he loves the night at all, and her overlooking that fact would show personal growth on her part.

Very sweet little one-shot! Love to see an unusual romance now and then!

Thank you!

I'm rereading it to make sure but I didn't mean to imply it was her night that he fell in love with, just that he loved the night and she embodies it.

Aw, how absolutely sweet! Reminds me of Harold and Maude a bit:twilightsmile:

Thank you! I haven't actually seen that movie, but I do get what you're referring to.

and then nasty old people sex happened

Okay, this was a very cute story.

One of the things I did enjoy was the idea. I've always felt like Luna and Celestia, because of their immortality (or longevity, either way) they have been courted by many stallions. I always found that very interesting to see them being romantically involved with others whose lifespan would run out faster than theirs. I thought you did a pretty good job at portraying that. To be honest, I would have liked to have seen more of Luna's doubt about this. I would have liked to have seen her struggle with accepting this.

There wasn't much on Mr. Waggle and I would have liked to explore him more in depth. What we got was good, but I felt we could have seen more into his mind and how Luna affected him.

Again, this was a cute story. It was thoughtful. It was sweet. The descriptions I felt were a bit weak at times, but I feel like you've got a good enough grasp on them that, with time, they will just fall into place. A fun, cute little story. Thank you for letting me read it and I will catch you later. Take care. :pinkiehappy:

Thanks for all your helpful critiques and compliments. I wrote this in like a day a few months back and, going back over it, it really does have a lot of issues. Someday I wanna explore these two some more and give Mr. Waddle a bit more character. Hopefully someday soon
